CAT Transformation Hub
A landscape-centred platform that maps organisations, solutions and insights from CAT's landscape plans.
Context
- CAT's landscape plans describe the organisations, farming practices and investment needs of eleven landscapes. The hub makes them searchable, so partners can find each other and funders can read the plans before they decide.
Sandeep's part
- Designed and built hub.agroecologyindia.org in Next.js and Supabase, and owns its roadmap.
- Built the learning platform and produced the CAT induction course, writing the screenplay and making the motion graphics and voiceover. CAT developed the course content as a team.
- Wrote CAT's Technology Framework.
What changed
- The hub is public. Its Organisations Atlas maps 329 organisations across 2,520 work locations, and every CAT landscape has a profile drawn from its investment plan.
- Each programme entry cites its sources, and a CAT editor approves it before it goes up.
