Landscape investment planning
One method and one budget standard for eleven seven-year landscape plans, each written by its anchor organisation.
The plans on the Transformation Hub ↗

Context
- Eleven anchor organisations each write a seven-year plan for agroecological transition in their landscape, usually an administrative block. Funders need to compare and fund them; communities need them to be theirs.
- Ten plans are published on the CAT Transformation Hub; Pangi's is in preparation.
Sandeep's part
- Leads the method behind the plans.
- Set the common budget structure and phase-adjusted costing so plans can be compared and funded across landscapes.
- Reviews anchor organisations' drafts and decides when they meet the standard.
- Designed the three-track implementation approach that turns plans into field activity.
What changed
- Ten of the eleven plans met the standard and are published on the Transformation Hub.
- On 7 June 2026, the anchor organisations and CAT signed a shared memorandum of understanding to work together on landscape-based agroecological transformation.
